returns and refunds are not available. This also ensures the integrity of

be re-issued for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause.
You will not hold SmallBusinessUPC.com, Engaging Ventures, or any of its
subsidiaries or owners responsible for any error's, misuse, or improper usage of
sold barcodes.
You will not hold SmallBusinessUPC.com, Engaging Ventures, or any of its
subsidiaries or owners responsible for any change in other company's policies
over the use of barcodes with said company.
The barcode prefix is forever owned by Engaging Ventures and is on loan to you
for life, for the initial price paid, for the inventory or item number sold to
you.
You may not re-sell or give away any barcodes to another entity (business or
persons), without the expressed permission in writing of Engaging Ventures.
You promise to engage in only legal business ventures as defined by the laws of
the State of California.
All legal issues and/or questions will be handled according to the laws only in
the State of California.
You promise to do anything possible to have successful business venture and have
